FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Dear Members,

Despite the hard conditions of the pandemic, we have been continuing our work in an intensive work schedule ever since we came to the administration.

We signed a contract with the Turkish Installation Engineers Association (TTMD) and we are starting to organize joint training and symposiums. Also, having a meeting with GAZBİR, we worked with Chairman of the board Yaşar Aslan and board members in order to solve the problems faced by our members.

This month, we will repeat the inventory survey, which we organized to determine the production and personnel capacity of you, our valuable members, every 3 months from now on. Survey results will be shared with you. Our aim here will be to direct our industry and determine our needs.

We carried out an important activity in the supply of raw materials, which is one of the most critical problems of our industry. At the meeting we held, representatives of raw material producing companies among our members gave early warnings to our members with their presentations and opinions. In this way, our members had the opportunity to take precautions against excessive price increases in advance.

As you know, our association tries to support you from different perspectives besides focusing only on certain issues.

SODEX, one of the important fairs of our sector, will be held in October this year and let's not forget to take your places. Discounts will also be applied to you in accordance with a special agreement on behalf of our association. We anticipate that the number of visitors will be high due to the fact that no fair has been held in the world for 2 years and SODEX will be the first fair in this year.

As the Board of Directors, we would like you to know that we are happy to serve our valuable members.

Our History

Our association was established in 1985 and is one of the oldest and most established sectoral associations of our country. It continues its work to contribute to the country's industrialist and Country development as a broad and strong platform where the boiler and pressure vessel industry and its auxiliary equipment and raw material suppliers, which are components of this industry, come together.

Our association is a member and active stakeholder of important and influential institutions such as Turkish air conditioning Assembly, MAKFED (Federation of machine manufacturers), Türk Loydu Foundation, Vocational Qualifications Authority, BTSB BASTEK committee.

KBSB, as an effective and highly recognized non-governmental organization with its deep-rooted history, is an organization that has the power to express and defend all kinds of problems and needs of our members and the sector at the highest level.
